In collaboration with Pioneer DJ, we had the privilege of producing a fully animated explainer video for their revamped KUVO service, a free club culture entertainment platform. Since its inception in 2014, KUVO has served as a web and mobile-based platform for DJs worldwide to share their playlists in real-time and ensure fair distribution of royalties to electronic music artists. With the significant updates introduced in its latest version, KUVO has transformed into a specialized community-based social network tailored for dance music enthusiasts.
Our goal with the explainer video was to effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of the new KUVO in an engaging and visually compelling animated style. We wanted to highlight how the revamped service aims to energize local club communities by connecting clubbers and DJs through the power of music.

The video walks viewers through the new features of KUVO, emphasizing how DJs can now post their videos and mixes on the platform to promote themselves to fans interested in attending their next gig. Additionally, the community-based social network aspect allows users to discover performances by their favorite selectors and find out when and where they're playing live. The inclusion of various filters and a map feature makes it easy for users to find parties and events they're interested in, whether in their local area or a city they plan to visit.
Moreover, the explainer video highlights the benefits for DJs, who can use KUVO to promote themselves by sharing their mixes and upcoming performances with local clubbers and fans of their music genres.

Through captivating animation and clear messaging, our explainer video effectively showcased how the new KUVO service serves as a one-stop hub for discovering new music, connecting with DJs, and staying informed about upcoming events in the dance music community. It was a pleasure to work with Pioneer DJ to bring their vision for KUVO to life in an exciting and informative way.
