Series of 3 abstract graphic videos aimed at senior managers to highlight the issues surrounding employees that have responsibilities outside of work and change the way in which Senior management think about and behave towards these employees.

The videos take the form of fictional case studies of 3 employees who are dealing with different personal situations that are putting pressure on how they balance work and their family life.
